This website is operated by Little Funtastic Ca and hosted by Shopify. These terms apply to purchases and use of our online store, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Products and personalization

Review the product description, selected options, size, colour, included items and price before ordering. Images show examples; screens and handmade processes can produce small variations in appearance. You are responsible for checking the spelling and personalization details you submit and for having permission to use any names, logos or artwork you request. We will contact you if supplied details are unclear or a request cannot be fulfilled.

Prices and payments

The displayed currency and final order total are shown at checkout. Shipping and any applicable taxes or charges are shown before payment. Adding a request in a text box does not purchase a paid upgrade; please arrange any additional design or artwork service with us before ordering.

Orders, changes and availability

Provide accurate contact and delivery information. You may request cancellation or changes within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us with your order number. Later requests cannot be guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable, an error affects your order, or we cannot fulfil a requested customization, we will contact you to agree a solution or refund any payment for items we cannot supply. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Delivery and returns

Processing and transit time are separate. Please read our Shipping Policy for delivery information and our Refund Policy for cancellations, returns and faulty or incorrect items.

Use of the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse another person's information, submit malicious content or infringe intellectual property rights. Store content and branding may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder. Third-party websites linked from our store have their own terms and privacy practices.

Consumer rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms for future use and purchases; changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order.
